Aurora Austriaco is the Democratic
candidate for the 65th District of the Illinois General Assembly
which includes Park Ridge
and its surrounding communities.
Aurora is of counsel at Peck, Bloom, Austriaco and Mitchell. She also serves as Secretary of
the Chicago Bar Association, Vice-President of the Center for Conflict
Resolution, and board member of the Chicago Bar Foundation. She is also
the immediate past president of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association
and a 2004 fellow of the Leadership Greater Chicago.
Aurora has been endorsed by Wilpower PAC, the Illinois AFL-CIO, the Asian American
Action Fund of Greater Chicago
(AAAF-GC), and the Maine Township Democrats. She garnered twice as many
primary votes as her incumbent opponent in February 5th's primary.
